This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior for both our drivers and passengers to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone. By using EuroTaxis services, all parties agree to adhere to these standards.
1. Passenger Conduct
As a passenger, you are responsible for the behavior of everyone in your party. We expect you to:
Treat Drivers with Respect: Be courteous and respectful to your driver at all times. Harassment, verbal abuse, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Ensure Vehicle Safety: Do not engage in any activity that could distract the driver or compromise the safety of the vehicle, such as opening doors while the vehicle is in motion.
Respect Vehicle Property: Do not damage or dirty the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
Limit Luggage: Ensure your luggage does not exceed the vehicle's capacity. As stated in our Terms of Service, the driver has the right to refuse a booking if they deem the luggage to be excessive and would make the vehicle unsafe.
Comply with the Law: Adhere to all local laws, including those related to alcohol consumption and smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Follow Driver Instructions: Follow all reasonable instructions from the driver, particularly those related to safety.
Be Mindful of Cleaning Fees: You are responsible for any mess you or your party creates. A minimum cleaning fee of £100 may be charged for professional cleaning if required.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of the journey without a refund.
2. Driver Conduct
Our drivers are the cornerstone of our service, and they are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. All EuroTaxis drivers are Mid Sussex licensed and fully vetted with comprehensive background checks. Drivers must:
Maintain Professionalism: Be courteous, punctual, and respectful to all passengers.
Ensure Passenger Safety: Operate the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner, always prioritizing the well-being of the passengers.
Communicate Clearly: Inform the passenger of the final fare and pricing method (fixed or metered) before the journey begins.
Adhere to Policies: Follow all EuroTaxis policies, including those regarding pet transport, luggage capacity, and vehicle suitability.
Respect Privacy: Treat all passenger information with confidentiality and professionalism, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Uphold Integrity: Conduct all transactions and interactions with honesty and integrity.
3. Security and Dispute Resolution
CCTV in Operation: For the safety and security of all parties, CCTV is in operation in all EuroTaxis cabs.

Yes, we can assist with travel arrangements for groups. We can book multiple cars at once and we also have vehicles that can accommodate up to 8 passengers.
